Stephen is a Senior Trade Executive with Business New Brunswick, the lead economic development agency for New Brunswick. He has two decades of direct experience in fostering the export growth of the provincial information and communications technologies sectors including numerous shows, missions and events around the world. He has been a driving force behind the creation for Canadian eLearning Enterprise Alliance and an integral stakeholder in the development of the New Brunswick eLearning industry including one of the founders of LearnNB where he currently sits on the Executive.
