Dick is the Executive Director NBCC (New Brunswick Community College English Campuses). In this role he has overall accountability for the operation of the NBCC.

He is an educator with over 30 years of experience in adult education. His interest in Learn NB is in building a strong learning industry in New Brunswick while creating more opportunities for NBCC graduates.

He also sits on the Board of the Atlantic Provinces Community College Consortium, The Association of Canadian Community Colleges (ACCC), and the International Consortium for Educational and economic Development (ICEED).
