Lloyd Henderson has three decades of leadership in the areas of marketing, communication and business management. He has served in a senior management role at Canada Post Corporation, as the President of a Toronto based software development firm, in the field of strategic planning and group decision technology and as Partner and President at two of the Atlantic Region’s leading communications firms. Lloyd has extensive experience in the development of strategic communications and marketing planning and execution and has lead award winning teams in the delivery of campaigns using traditional and emerging medias to reach diverse audiences with clarity and impact. He is currently the Director, Business Development with UNB’s College of Extended Learning. Lloyd is a member of the Board of Directors for the Muriel McQueen Fergusson Foundation and Co-Chair of the annual Maritime Countryfest music festival. |  | |

Stephen is a Senior Trade Executive with Business New Brunswick, the lead economic development agency for New Brunswick. He has two decades of direct experience in fostering the export growth of the provincial information and communications technologies sectors including numerous shows, missions and events around the world.
He has been a driving force behind the creation for Canadian eLearning Enterprise Alliance and an integral stakeholder in the development of the New Brunswick eLearning industry including one of the founders of LearnNB where he currently sits on the Executive. |

Board Member: Marc-Allain Mallet |

Marc-Alain Mallet joined the Institute for Information Technology of the National Research Council Canada in July 2002 as the Business Development Officer IPF Manager in Fredericton. In that capacity, he is responsible for coordinating the business development functions focusing on technology transfer and commercialization at IIT's Fredericton site. This includes identifying and expanding emerging markets, developing R&D contracts and negotiating commercial licenses; and exploiting the Institute's intellectual property portfolio. Marc-Alain also manages a 14,000 ft2 technology incubator, the Industry Partnership Facility (IPF).
Prior to joining NRC, Marc-Alain occupied various positions during his 15-year career with the Government of New Brunswick. He was Director of eNB.ca, a special agency created to foster and build greater opportunities for all New Brunswickers to participate and prosper in the 21st century economy. Marc-Alain was also Co-Chair of the first Knowledge Industry Innovators' Forum under the auspices of the New England Governors and Eastern Canadian Premiers Conference. Marc-Alain has gained significant expertise in the knowledge industry dating back to his former positions at the NB Information Highway Secretariat, and the Innovation, Science & Technology Division. In December 2005, he was awarded NRC's Regional and Community Innovation Award for his work in establishing the technology incubator at the institute in Fredericton. |

As founding department head of Learning Technologies for New Brunswick Community College, Mr. Whitty is recognized for establishing the Centre of Excellence for advanced training technologies, and the system's Distributed Learning Centre, contributing to the growth of the region's training industry.
In the corporate sector, Whitty has served as president for a number of public and private educational technology companies including Mosaic Technologies and KnowledgePool. At Global Mentoring, Whitty is responsible for expansion into new market support verticals. |

Brigitte Arsenault est au service du Collége communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick (CCNB) depuis 1984. Elle occupe présentement le poste d'agente de développement en e-apprentissage la Direction du développement et de l'innovation du CCNB. Son expertise en informatique l?a men?e au cours des années a contribuer á l'implantation de technologies á différents niveaux, autant dans l'architecture des réseaux que des outils technologiques utilis?s en salle de classe et en ligne.
Brigitte Arsenault has been with the Collége communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick (CCNB) since 1984. She is the Development Officer in E-learning for the Development and Innovation Branch of the CCNB.
Her expertise in computer science has brought her to contribute over the years in the implementation of technology at different levels, as much in network architecture than in technology tools used in the classroom or online. |
